CSN Website begins Re-design

The Colombia Support network website has been badly in need of redesign for some time. Besides needing a new look, we are evaluating the part the web should play in our organization. Because we rely almost entirely on volunteer support, the process will proceed slowly. Here is a bit of what you can expect to see.
